This market resolves Yes if Bitcoin's price exceeds $70,000 based on the Binance BTC/USDT trading pair at noon ET on June 15. Resolution uses the official 1-minute candle closing price from Binance at that specific time. If the closing price is $70,000 or lower, the market resolves No. This market tracks only Binance pricing data, not other exchanges.
