It resolves to "Over" if Saudi Arabia scores one or more goals during the first 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time, and to "Under" if they score zero goals in that period. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count. Resolution is based on official statistics from the governing body or credible reporting if official results aren't published within 2 hours.
