It resolves to "Over" if both teams score 9 or more runs combined, and "Under" if they score 8 or fewer. Resolution is based on official MLB final statistics, or credible reporting if those aren't available within 24 hours. If the game is postponed, PremiumBlock will keep the market open until it's completed; if canceled with no makeup date, it resolves 50-50.
