It resolves YES if any 1-minute candle on Binance's BTC/USDT pair shows a high price of $70,000 or greater between 12:00 AM ET on June 8 and 11:59 PM ET on June 14. Resolution uses only Binance spot market data from the official trading chart. Any intraday spike meeting the price threshold triggers a YES outcome, regardless of closing price.
