It resolves YES if the CME's official settlement price for the active-month crude oil contract equals or exceeds $120 on any trading day through June's final trading day. Only the official closing price published by CME Group counts-intraday highs, bids, or other price measures do not qualify. Resolution is based on the settlement price as first published, with no adjustments for later corrections.
