This market tracks whether crude oil will break its all-time high of $147.27 per barrel by year-end. It resolves YES if the daily high price for CME Crude Oil futures ever reaches above $147.27 on any trading day through December 31. The resolution uses official CME Group data for the active-month contract, with prices checked continuously until the final trading day. If crude oil never surpasses this threshold, the market resolves NO.
