This market resolves YES if Databricks' market capitalization falls between $200 billion and $250 billion when its stock closes on its first day of trading. Resolution is based on the company's closing price multiplied by shares outstanding on the primary exchange. If Databricks has not gone public by June 30, 2026, the market resolves to NO. If the calculated market cap falls exactly on a bracket boundary, the higher range applies.
