This market will resolve YES if Delia Velculescu officially becomes Prime Minister of Romania before December 31, 2027. She must be formally appointed by the President and receive a parliamentary vote of confidence to establish a new government. Resolution will be based on official Government of Romania sources and credible reporting. If anyone else takes office as Prime Minister during this period, the market resolves NO. If no new Prime Minister is confirmed by the deadline, it resolves to Other.
