It resolves YES if any one-minute candle on the Binance ETH/USDT pair reaches a low of $1,100 or below anytime between June 1st and 30th ET. Resolution is based exclusively on Binance spot market data, so prices from other exchanges won't affect the outcome. If Ethereum never touches this price level during the month, the market resolves NO.
