This market asks whether Gadi Eizenkot will become Israel's next Prime Minister following the 2026 parliamentary elections scheduled for October 27. It resolves YES if Eizenkot is officially appointed and sworn in as Prime Minister after that election, or after an earlier election if one is called. Any interim or caretaker appointments do not count. If no new Prime Minister is sworn in by December 31, 2027, the market resolves to "Other."
