It resolves YES if he is removed from office through permanent means, such as resignation, removal by constitutional process, or electoral defeat. Temporary suspensions, caretaker roles, or announced but not-yet-executed departures do not count. If Petro remains in office through December 31, 2026, the market resolves to None before 2027.
