This market resolves YES if Ionuț Dumitru becomes Prime Minister of Romania before the end of 2027. He must be formally appointed by the President and receive a parliamentary vote of confidence to officially form a government. Interim or caretaker appointees without parliamentary approval don't count. The market will resolve NO if someone else becomes Prime Minister, or to Other if no new Prime Minister takes office by the deadline.
