This market resolves YES if Marcel Ciolacu becomes Prime Minister of Romania before the end of 2027. He must be formally appointed by the President and win a parliamentary vote of confidence to officially form a government. Interim or caretaker arrangements without parliamentary approval do not count. If no qualified Prime Minister takes office by December 31, 2027, the market resolves to NO.
