This market resolves YES if Russia captures the Kostyantynivka railroad station in Ukraine by September 30, 2026. Resolution is determined by the Institute for the Study of War's public map, which must show the station shaded red indicating Russian control. The shading must persist through at least one full daily map update cycle to qualify. A negotiated settlement transferring control would also count as YES, provided actual Russian control is established.
