This market resolves YES if Shimelis Abdisa becomes Prime Minister of Ethiopia following the June 1, 2026 general elections. He must be officially appointed and sworn in to count-interim or caretaker appointments do not qualify. If no one takes office by December 31, 2028, the market resolves to Other. Resolution will be based on official government announcements, supplemented by credible news reporting if needed.
