It resolves YES if any one-minute candle on the Binance SOL/USDT trading pair records a low price at or below $40 anytime between November 24, 2025, and December 31, 2026. Resolution is based entirely on Binance price data-no other exchanges or trading pairs count. If Solana never touches $40 during this window, the market resolves NO.
