It resolves YES if any one-minute candle on the Binance SOL/USDT pair shows a low price of $40 or below anytime between November 24, 2025, and December 31, 2026. Resolution is based exclusively on Binance price data, regardless of prices on other exchanges. If Solana never reaches that level during the period, the market resolves NO.
