It resolves YES if any one-minute candle on the Binance SOL/USDT pair reaches a low price of $70 or below anytime between June 1st and June 30th ET. The resolution uses only Binance spot market data, so price movements on other exchanges won't affect the outcome. Otherwise, the market resolves NO.
