The resolution value is calculated by multiplying SpaceX's outstanding shares by its closing share price on IPO day. If no IPO occurs by December 31, 2027, the market resolves to NO. Resolution uses the official closing price from the primary exchange, or the next trading day if the initial session is interrupted.
