This market asks whether Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin will meet in a Gulf country between September 30, 2025 and June 30, 2026. It resolves YES if they have a direct, in-person interaction-such as a conversation or handshake-in one of the six Gulf Cooperation Council states: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, or the United Arab Emirates. It resolves NO if no qualifying meeting occurs by the deadline or if they meet elsewhere.
