This market resolves YES if Vladimir Padrino López is the officially recognized head of state of Venezuela on December 31, 2026 at 12 PM ET. The individual must be formally appointed, confirmed if required, and sworn in, or otherwise officially recognized by the Venezuelan government or UN records as holding the position. If the Venezuelan government lists multiple heads of state, the one with primary status counts. Any other individual or no head of state would result in a NO resolution.
