It resolves "Up" if the closing price is strictly higher, and "Down" if it's strictly lower. The closing price is determined using the final minute of regular trading hours on the primary exchange. If prices are exactly equal, the contract doesn't trade, or June 15 isn't a trading day, the market resolves 50-50.
