It resolves "Up" if the closing price of the active WTI futures contract on June 5 exceeds the prior session's close, and "Down" if it's lower. The closing price is determined using official Pyth data from the final minute of regular trading hours. If prices are equal, the contract doesn't trade, or June 5 isn't a trading day, the market resolves 50-50.
